Hello! Thanks for visiting Travel 2 the Caribbean.
I'm Linda Thompkins, and I've been in the travel business for over 15 years specializing in Caribbean travel. I was a travel agent with a full service "bricks and marter" agency which folded after September 11th.
Shortly after the agency closed, I decided to go independent, and start my own travel business. Through the years I've worked with two great travel host organizations, and made many friendships with suppliers, and clients traveling to the Caribbean islands.
As of January 2012 Travel 2 the Caribbean has evolvied into an Online Caribbean Information Service, and now offers secure online booking only. The exception to our online booking service's is there are real people behind the booking engine who have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean region - and have years of experience in the industry.
We are a small staff of three who have worked together for over a decade. Sue Thompson handles the majority of e-mail, along with other administrative duties. Clara Higgins is our cruise specialists with over 14 years of experience. My main responsibility is social media, ad clients, assisting clients/web visitors with island reservations and questions prior to, and after booking.
